How to make
Knead the dough by adding to the sifted flour yeast dissolved in a little warm water, and sugar. Stir and gradually add the eggs, salt, rum, raisins, chopped candied fruit and cinnamon.
Knead the dough well and let rise in a warm place for about six hours. Place the dough in a greased oblong shape. Optionally, grease it with a little water in the broken yolk on top.
Put this Easter sweet bread to bake for about 1 hour in a moderate oven heating.
