How to make
In 1 cup cold milk, dissolve the starch. Boil the remaining milk and add sugar, vanilla and butter. Split the yolks from whites. Beat the yolks and add to the milk in a trickle.
Next, slowly add the starch to the mix, after dissolving it in cold milk. Stir until thickening. Beat the egg whites with 1 tablespoon of sugar to snow and slowly add to the cream, which you've removed from the heat.
Stir to homogeneity. Distribute the cream into bowls. Once cooled, sprinkle with dark chocolate, crushed into small pieces.
