How to make
Cut the feta cheese into medium-sized pieces. Cut the Phyllo Pastry sheets into 2 pieces.
Put a piece of feta in each sheet and wrap it carefully so the sheet doesn't tear. Wrap all the pieces.
Put a pan with oil to heat up. Beat the eggs.
Dip each wrapped feta cheese piece in the eggs, be careful not to tear them, then place in the oil.
After braising all the pieces you can put them on a paper towel to drain.
Serve as an appetizer with jam.
