Ingredients

  • chicken thighs - 6
  • beer - 1 1/2 cups
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • butter - 1/3 packet
  • garlic - a few chopped cloves, optional
  • salt - to taste
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Salt the chicken thighs and sprinkle them with black pepper. Put them in a greased baking dish, pour beer, water and oil around them.

Spread the pieces of butter on top. Sprinkle these with paprika. Add spices to taste and put them to bake in the preheated oven.

Serve garnished with roasted potatoes.
