Grate the potatoes, squeeze them out well, add the beaten eggs, finely chopped onions and spearmint, grated feta cheese and salt.
Pour 1 tbsp butter in a pan, spread out some of the mixture, while pressing with a spoon.
Cook on a low stove, flip over onto a lid or plate.
Put more butter in the pan, return the patatnik to cook on the other side.
