Ingredients

  • potatoes - 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • samardala - 1 tsp
  • dill - 1 tsp, dried
  • eggs - 2
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • peppers - 10 - 12
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cherry tomatoes - 6 - 8

How to make

Peel the potatoes, cut into quarters and place in a container with salted water. Once ready, drain them from the water, salt and mash them.

Clean the onions, cut into round slices, braise in preheated oil. Pour in 1/2 cup water, leave it for about 1 min., then take off the stove. Sprinkle with paprika.

Add the cooked onions to the mashed potatoes, break the eggs on top and pour in the grated feta cheese. Season all this with the samardala and dried dill. Fill the peppers with the prepared mixture.

Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut into halves. Place a half in the opening of each pepper.

Arrange them in an oiled tray, pour in 1 finger of water. Bake about 25 min. in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
