How to make
Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the eggs sunny side up and leave them a little soft. Season them with salt, a little pepper and a pinch of turmeric.
Remove the eggs, place them on a plate and place the pieces of bacon in the same pan, to braise on both sides. Add them to the plate.
Serve the breakfast with two well-toasted slices of bread and a sprig of fresh celery.
