How to make
Grate the apples coarsely.
Add the ground walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs absorb the apple juice). Stir well.
Take 2 of the phyllo pastry sheets and smear them generously with melted butter.
Sprinkle with the filling and wrap into a roll. Repeat with the other sheets as well. Arrange them in an oiled tray.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
