How to make
Wash the zucchini well and cut them into thin strips lengthwise. Smear each strip with olive oil on both sides using a culinary brush.
Chop the garlic and dill finely, tear the basil into separate leaves. Fry the zucchini in a grill pan, about 3 min. per side.
Take them out into a large plate. Mix together the garlic, dill and salt, sprinkle the zucchini in the plate. Sprinkle basil leaves on top and serve right away.
