How to make
Wash the pig ears and scorch them ahead of time. Wash them well and boil about 40 min.
Julienne them and cook on a barbecue. Take off the barbecue, place them immediately in the marinade of crushed garlic, black pepper and paprika, chili sauce, salt and oil for about 2-3 min.
The preferred beverage for them is either wine or dark beer.
