How to make
Cut the zucchini into strips using a potato peeler. Sprinkle them with oil, salt and black pepper.
Cook on both sides on a heated grill and leave at an angle to drain.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, yoghurt, pressed garlic and chopped parsley.
Place 1 tsp of filling onto each strip of grilled zucchini and roll up into a roll, stick toothpicks through each (person being served will remove them).
Arrange the prepared rolls in a plate and serve!
