  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml.)
  • eggs - 5
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • almonds - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • brandy - 2 tsp
  • vanilla

How to make

Beat the egg yolks and sugar, add milk and flour. Place the mixture on the heat and continue stirring until thickened.

Be careful not to boil and burn it. Remove the thickened yellow cream from the heat and beat until cool.

Separately beat the butter with a mixer and slowly add the cream to it. Finally add vanilla and cognac to flavor. Sprinkle with ground almonds.
