How to make
Beat the eggs, milk and flour to a pancake mixture. Preheat the oven and place a pan with a non-stick coating (about 10 (26 cm) diameter) with some butter on the stove.
Once melted, remove and tilt to distribute the butter evenly throughout the pan. Pour the pancake batter in and put it to bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
You will obtain one large pancake, if desired - cook more.
Serve the German pancakes with sweet or savory filling as desired.
The pancakes are especially tasty when served with jam, blackberries, blueberries and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
