Roast the peppers, peel them, remove any seeds, cut them into small pieces and blend them. Beat the butter and add the grated feta cheese.
Beat the mixture well and add the peppers, lemon juice and chopped parsley. Beat the mixture again. Spread it on beautifully shaped slices of bread.
Garnish the sandwiches with strips of peppers, cucumbers, avocados, olives or the whites of hard-boiled eggs.
