How to make
Soak the coconut in the warm milk for hours. Beat the cream with the sugar and add the softened chips and milk. Beat the mixture well and pour into a suitable container for freezing.
Leave in the freezer for 3 hours, 2 times remove the ice cream and stir it again. This is done in order to get a fluffy and smooth ice cream without ice chunks.
Serve ice cream balls, with melted chocolate with cream. Optionally, add pieces of fruit and a sprig of mint.
