How to make

Clean and wash the fish. Cut them in half. Wash and dice the tomatoes.

Put the tomatoes in an oiled tray, arrange the halved pieces of fish on top.

Sprinkle well with salt and black pepper all over. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.

Cover the tray with aluminum foil for the first 15 min., then remove and finish baking until ready.
