How to make
Wash the peppers and remove the stems. Poke holes in them with a needle in several spots and braise them until they change color.
Arrange the prepared jars and put 1 aspirin at the bottom of each, as well as black pepper grains and dill leaves.
Start filling the jars, while also arranging layers of peppers. Salt each layer and place a few cloves of garlic as well.
After you've placed the final layer, pour vinegar over everything and close the jars with caps.
Flip the jars upside down. You don't need to sterilize them.
