How to make
Take 1 phyllo pastry sheet, smear it and make folds to make a nest, see photo.
Put 1 tbsp of the mixture inside.
Fold the ends inward and flip it over, to form it into a rose shape.
Smear a tray with butter and arrange the prepared phyllo pastries in it.
On top, smear with egg yolk beaten with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Put them to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 25-30 min.
After you take them out, sprinkle with a little water and cover with a towel.
