Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.21 lb (1kg) (10 to 12 pcs.)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - optional

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into slices. In casseroles, or a baking dish, place some salt and pour in a mixture of milk and beaten eggs.

Optionally, thy dish is flavored with a little ground black pepper on top and pieces of butter.

The milky stew with potatoes is ready to be baked in a moderately hot oven.
