How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, melted lard, vanilla, grated lemon and orange rind.
Beat the yoghurt with the baking soda and ammonium bicarbonate, then add the lard mixture. Add the orange juice.
Stir well and in lots add the flour - knead a soft dough.
Spray out cookies into rosettes or strips. Arrange them in an oiled tray.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven with the fan on, for 10-12 min.
Take them out and once cooled, sprinkle with melted chocolate spread using a fork.
Sprinkle the rosettes with powdered sugar.
