With anemia, it is recommended to drink a cup of the mixture of carrot, beetroot and radish juice every day. Every morning, eat one hundred grams grated carrots with oil.

You can use a cough mixture of carrot juice with honey in equal quantities - consume one teaspoon of this blend seven times a day.
