Method of preparation: For this delicious brownie, melt the chocolate in a water bath along with the butter. Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar. Add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix.

Add the coarsely crushed walnuts and flour. Pour into a flat baking tray and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 40 minutes. Cut it when it cools down.

Ingredients needed: 180 g of dark chocolate, 7 tablespoons of butter, 2 eggs, 200 g of sugar, 70 g of flour, 1 teaspoon of mint essence, 1 vanilla, a pinch of salt, 50 g of walnuts, 120 g of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk

Method of preparation: Melt half of the butter with half of the chocolate in a water bath. Leave the mixture to cool. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until foamy. Add the chocolate mixture, flour, mint essence, vanilla and salt. Add the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. Beat the powdered sugar with half of the remaining butter and milk until creamy and spread it on the cut pieces. Leave it in the refrigerator for an hour. Melt the remaining chocolate with the rest of the butter in a water bath and glaze the brownies with this mixture.

Quick brownie

Ingredients required: 5 tablespoons of flour, 120 g of chocolate spread, 1 egg, 100 g of coarsely chopped walnuts

Method of preparation: Mix the chocolate spread with the egg, add the flour and then the walnuts. Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes at 175°C.

No-bake brownies

Ingredients required: 450 milliliters of sweetened condensed milk, 60 g of dark chocolate, 2 1/2 cups of crushed whole-wheat biscuits, 1 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts.
