One of the most popular desserts in the world – the delicious brownie, known for its moist core and chocolatey flavor, was invented in 1893 in the kitchen of the legendary Palmer Hotel in Chicago.
Here we will present you 5 of the most popular brownie recipes, but remember that any additive or spice that you like can be added to your favorite brownie.

Classic Brownie
For the classic version of brownie you will need: 100 g dark chocolate, 180 g butter, 200 g brown sugar, 4 eggs, 100 g flour, 100 g walnuts
Method of preparation: For this delicious brownie, melt the chocolate in a water bath along with the butter. Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar. Add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix.
Add the coarsely crushed walnuts and flour. Pour into a flat baking tray and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 40 minutes. Cut it when it cools down.
Banana Brownie
Ingredients needed: 150 g of dark chocolate, 3 eggs, 80 g of butter, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 100 g of cottage cheese, 1 banana, 3 tablespoons of flour
Method of preparation: Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Mix the flour and cocoa. Beat two of the eggs with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add the chocolate and flour to the eggs and mix.
Separately mix the chopped and mashed banana, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Pour the chocolate batter into a flat baking tray, pour the banana mixture on top and make zigzag movements with a fork. Bake the brownie for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Mint Brownie
Ingredients needed: 180 g of dark chocolate, 7 tablespoons of butter, 2 eggs, 200 g of sugar, 70 g of flour, 1 teaspoon of mint essence, 1 vanilla, a pinch of salt, 50 g of walnuts, 120 g of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk
Method of preparation: Melt half of the butter with half of the chocolate in a water bath. Leave the mixture to cool. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until foamy. Add the chocolate mixture, flour, mint essence, vanilla and salt. Add the chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter into a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. Beat the powdered sugar with half of the remaining butter and milk until creamy and spread it on the cut pieces. Leave it in the refrigerator for an hour. Melt the remaining chocolate with the rest of the butter in a water bath and glaze the brownies with this mixture.
Quick brownie
Ingredients required: 5 tablespoons of flour, 120 g of chocolate spread, 1 egg, 100 g of coarsely chopped walnuts
Method of preparation: Mix the chocolate spread with the egg, add the flour and then the walnuts. Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes at 175°C.
No-bake brownies
Ingredients required: 450 milliliters of sweetened condensed milk, 60 g of dark chocolate, 2 1/2 cups of crushed whole-wheat biscuits, 1 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts.
Method of preparation: Melt the chocolate with the condensed milk in a water bath. Boil for 10 minutes until thickened. Remove from the heat, add the biscuits and half of the walnuts. Pour the mixture into a baking tray and sprinkle with the remaining walnuts. Leave it in the refrigerator for 4 hours to cool and cut it into squares.
