The color should be picked from a forest park or outside the city - away from industrial areas and dusty roads.

You will need: fresh lilac blossom, odorless vegetable oil, one liter jar with a lid (glass), clean cheesecloth.

Carefully separate the flower from the stems and fill the jar with them. Heat vegetable oil to 40°C and fill the jar with it so that the color is covered. Close the jar with the lid and let it sit for 2 days.

Strain the oil through cheesecloth, squeezing out the color well. Heat the oil again and add another batch of color, let it sit. Repeat the process until you get aromatic oil.

Rub it on the forehead and temples for migraines, massage painful joints from rheumatism. Try adding the oil to the cream, lotion, shampoo and conditioner - you will enrich your cosmetics with the most charming aroma and valuable substances.
