Eggs are a favorite food of many and if they're consumed in the right amount are good for the body. Fried eggs, scrambled, poached eggs, boiled - there are so many ways to eat them.
Of course, one of the quickest and easiest ways and one in which their durability increases, is to boil the eggs. With boiled eggs we can prepare a variety of egg specialties and save time and money.
Many of us dread this as a type of preparation of healthy food because peeling eggs makes it more difficult and gets them irritated and sometimes completely stops them from eating them.
But don't worry, there are ways to peel eggs easily and seamlessly.
So the first thing we can do is make them for easier to peel during the boiling process. There are different options, but the most popular one of them are to put a tablespoon of vinegar in the water or a little baking soda.
Once we have boiled the eggs, in order to peel them more easily, it is desirable to put them in a bowl of cold water or let cold water run through them and that will interrupt the boiling process and the egg white will not stick to the shell.
Once the eggs have cooled, we can proceed to the peeling itself, for which there are also tricks. You can roll the egg on a wooden board, but carefully, without pressing it too hard so you do not crush it.
Another option is to pound the shell of the egg with a knife or a spoon to make it crack and by doing that, it will be easier for you to peel it.
A third option is to find the hollow side, drill a small hole and blow hard inside to separate the egg white from the shell, but this is not a recommended option if you are going to serve other people eggs.
The method with water in a jar is also very well known - pour a little water into a jar, put the egg inside, close it with the lid and shake vigorously until the shell falls off on its own.
There are various ways you can easily peel boiled eggs, but remember - it's best if you don't boil fresh eggs.
