Trout belongs to the group of lean fish. Its meat contains almost no fat, it is tender and has a pleasant aroma. For this reason, trout do not need a lot of time to be cooked.
According to many, the most delicious trout is grilled or baked in foil. Its preparation does not take much time, nor does it require any culinary skills and the result is more than impressive.
Marinate the fish with a little lemon juice, salt, white and black pepper. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C) or °C with the fan on. Place the trout on a rectangular sheet of foil, which is generously greased with olive oil. Cover the fish with lemon slices and a some onions, wrap the foil well and bake it for about 35-40 minutes.
