  • peaches - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • powdered sugar - 2 cups (500 g)
  • white wine - 8 1/3 cups (2 liters)
  • soda - 2 bottles
  • cognac - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml), can use vermouth too

How to make

Clean the peaches and cut them into small pieces. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let them stand so for about 3 hours.

Pour the white wine in and place the container in the refrigerator or on ice for another 2 hours.

When it is ready to serve, mix it with baking soda and brandy.
