  • cream - 1/5 cup (60 ml)
  • eggs - 3

  • flour - 1/3 cup (90 g)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cherries - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Smear a baking tray with butter.

Beat together the milk, cream, eggs, vanilla, flour, sugar and salt.

Beat with a mixer for 5 min. Pour part of it into the tray and put in the oven for 2 min. Take it out and arrange the pitted cherries on top.

Pour on the rest of the mixture and bake 30-35 min. Take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
