"I`m not a big fan of coffee but I won`t turn down another cup if it comes with 1-2 slices of this cake with cream and fruits."

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • eggs - 3
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • milk - 1 cup
  • raisins - 1 cup
  • bananas - 1
  • apples - 1
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs (3) and sugar (1 1/2 cups) until grey. Add the oil (half cup) flour (3 cups) milk (1 cup) vanilla (1 teaspoon) and baking powder. Mix very well.

Finally add raisins (1 cup) and mix again. Separately, beat the cream into foam and mix with the fruits and raisins.

Pour half the cake mixture into a form that you've buttered and floured. In the middle, pour half the cream mix.

Cover with the remaining cake mixture and place in the oven at 360°F (180 °C) for 45 minutes. After removing the cake, let it cool completely.
