How to make
Start off making the cream. Put the milk and butter to boil. Stir the eggs, sugar and flour. Pour them in a thin trickle into the hot milk and stir until thickened. Remove from the stove, add the vanilla and stir again. Leave it to cool.
Turn the oven to 360°F (180 °C) to heat up. In a bowl, pour the eggs, Fanta, sugar, oil, vanilla and beat with a mixer. Gradually add the flour + baking powder. In a medium-sized oven dish, laid out with baking paper, pour in half the mixture. Put it in the preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven and bake about 20 min.
In the meantime, chop the fruits. Take the cake out of the oven and pour the cream evenly over it. On top, arrange the chopped fruits but also set aside a few of them.
Pour the other half of the cake mixture on top and arrange the remaining fruits. Return to the oven and bake 30 min. until your toothpick comes out dry when you poke the cake. Put the cooled cake for 1 hour in the fridge. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
