How to make
Chop the onions finely and saute in 2 tbsp oil and a little water. Add the cleaned and chopped into pieces broad beans.
Stir and wait for them to saute. Add the flour and paprika. Then add the tomatoes, grated or finely chopped.
Pour in warm water and season with salt. Once the stew comes to a boil, add the coarsely chopped potatoes.
Boil the dish until the potatoes and broad beans soften. Finally, remove the pot from the stove, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
