Beat the egg whites to fluffy snow, add the powdered sugar to them in portions. Then add the finely ground walnuts.
Using a teaspoon, scoop from the mixture and shape small balls, arrange them on baking paper.
Arrange with some space in between them because they'll run a bit during baking and increase in diameter.
Garnish each with a whole walnut and bake at 360°F (180 °C) until they gain a golden color.
