How to make
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Separately, beat the butter with a pinch of salt and the sugar, until you get a fluffy mixture.
Add the egg and vanilla and mix again until the dough absorbs the egg. Gradually add the flour and knead a soft dough. Wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Roll the dough out into a sheet about 1/4 (6-7 mm) thick. From it, cut out your desired shapes with cookie cutters. Arrange in a greased baking dish, sprinkle lightly with crystal sugar and put to bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C).
Optionally, spread jam on some of them and stick them together in pairs.
