How to make
Peel the potatoes. Wash them and cut into thin slices. Arrange at the bottom of a suitable pan. Sprinkle with olive oil and put the pan on the stove.
After the potatoes gain a light brown crisp, flip them over to the other side.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, pour them over the potatoes. Arrange round slices of Vienna sausages on top and finish off with slices of cheese, covering the dish entirely.
Lower the heat, cover the pan and cook until the cheese melts.
Sprinkle the ready dish with mixed spices and serve warm.
