How to make
To prepare the pancake mixture, beat the eggs and sugar.
Extinguish the baking soda in the yogurt and once effervescent, add it to the eggs.
Add all the other products, including the flour, while beating nonstop. If you feel that the mixture is too thick, add a little water.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the pancakes. Brush them with butter while still hot. Garnish with honey for best results.
