How to make
In the bowl of your food processor, pour in the flour and salt. While stirring, add a bit of water at a time until it forms a ball.
Remove the dough, cover with a damp towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Split the dough into 2 equal parts. Roll out each onto a floured surface into a circle with a thickness of about 1/4″ (0.5 cm). Brush the dough with half of the sesame oil, sprinkle with half the onions and sesame seeds.
Leave it aside. Repeat this process with the other dough ball. In a large skillet, heat half of the peanut butter.
Fry each pancake about 3 minutes on each side. Cut the pancakes into triangles and serve with a sauce.
