How to make
Divide the milk into 3 equal parts.
For the mocha cream, heat 1 part of the milk and dissolve 1/3 of the sugar and the coffee in it. Add in the dissolved in water 1/3 starch, beaten with 1 egg and stir until thickened. Mix the ready cream with 2 tablespoons butter.
For the vanilla cream, heat 1/3 milk with the sugar and add 1/3 of the starch with the beaten egg. Again, stir vigorously. Mix the ready cream with the vanilla and 2 tablespoons of butter. Once cooled, mix with the whipped cream.
For the chocolate cream, melt the sugar, butter and cocoa in advance in a water bath, until well mixed. Heat the remaining milk with the sugar and thicken with the rest of the starch and the last egg. Then add and stir the cream into the chocolate in batches.
In glasses or bowls, pour mocha cream 1/3 of the way up, then vanilla and chocolate. Decorate as desired. Serve the Tricolor Cream chilled.
