  • puff pastry - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • apples - 2
  • sugar - 3/4 cup
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)

How to make

Peel the apples, cut out their cores with the seeds and cut them into slices (about 10).

Cut the puff pastry into 10 rectangles and each rectangle along its diagonal into 2 triangles. At the wide part of each triangle put a slice of apple and roll it up like a croissant.

Arrange all of the rolls into a tray, firmly next to each other. Melt the butter with the sugar, add the vanilla and pour this mixture over the rolls in the tray.

Sprinkle each roll with cinnamon. Pour the Fanta into the tray. They need to be in the liquid but not completely covered. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven about 30 min.
