"It`s hard to decide which phyllo pastries I like best so I always just eat any kind they serve me. Enjoy yet another irresistible recipe!"

Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 6 sheets
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling
  • eggs - 1, for spreading
  • Sauce for smearing the sheets
  • oil - 1 cup
  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • milk - 4 tablespoons
  • Stuffing
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Mix the products for the sauce in a bowl. Crumble the feta cheese in a separate bowl.

Take 2 sheets, smear them with about 4 tbsp of the prepared sauce. Sprinkle feta cheese. Cut the sheets in 2 down the middle. Wrap each half into a roll and arrange them in a tray.

Repeat with the other pairs of sheets. Beat the egg and smear the sheets generously on top.

Sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven about 30 min. or until reddened.
