How to make
Put the dry ingredients in a bowl, put the apples in a separate bowl.
Peel and grate the apples, add the cinnamon to them and leave aside to release their juice, then add the oil as well. Mix the dry ingredients together in the other bowl.
Put baking paper in a square baking tray and start alternating between the mixtures. Start with the dry mixture, then apple mixture and so on until you've used them both up.
Finish off with apples. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and sesame seeds on top.
Bake about 40-45 min. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
