How to cook
Grate the apples coarsely and squeeze out their juice. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, add the flour, oats, oil, and the yoghurt, in which the baking soda has been dissolved. Mix everything well, and then add the drained apples, chopped nuts, and the cheese, cut into small cubes.
The mixture ends up more dense than a cake one. Grease a baking tray with oil and flour it (or use baking paper). Bake in a preheated oven at 370°F (190 °C) for about 45 minutes, then remove and smear it with oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and grated feta cheese.
