How to make
Fry the sliced duck in fat or oil. Remove the fried portions. In the remaining oil, fry the chopped onion, add flour, stir until sautéed and add the broth.
Add the tomato paste, crushed garlic, spices, salt, and cook the duck portions under the lid, until the meat is completely softened.
A quarter of an hour before the end of cooking, pour in the wine vinegar.
You can cook chicken or goose in the same way.
