How to make
Sift the flour and make a well. Add the sugar, milk, yeast, oil and eggs but leave 1 yolk aside for smearing.
Knead a soft dough. Tear off a ball of dough and roll it out into a circle. Cut it into triangles, put a piece of Turkish delight at the base of each. Roll them up.
You can cut the Turkish delight into small or large pieces - your choice.
Put the prepared scones in an oiled tray. Leave to rise in a warm area for 1-2 hours and smear with the beaten egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
Sprinkle the scones with powdered sugar before serving.
