  • oil - 4 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • savory - 2 pinches
  • oregano - 2 pinches

How to make

Wash the potatoes and boil them 15 min. in salted water.

Drain them and peel them, cut them into crescents.
