How to make
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and add the flour mixed with the baking powder, grated apple, vanilla and the beaten whites.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake form and bake in the oven at 360°F (180 °C), until slightly browned.
Check to see if it is ready with a toothpick.
Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. You can decorate and add bonbons of your choice.
