How to make
Peel the apples and grate them coarsely. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vegetable oil. Add the apples, walnuts, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and a little salt. Stir everything well.
Pour the mixture into a tray with a diameter of 10″ (26 cm) with a nonstick coating or baking paper.
Bake at 320°F (160°C) about 30 min.
After it cools a bit, smear it with jam.
