How to make
Put the processed cheese in the fridge for about 40 minutes. Then peel and cut it into slices with a thickness of 1/4, or thicker if you wish.
Put it back in the fridge, but in the meantime, beat the eggs for the crumbing, put flour and breadcrumbs in separate bowls and heat the oil for frying.
Roll the processed cheese slices first in flour, then egg, breadcrumbs and once again in the eggs and breadcrumbs if desired.
Fry to a pleasant brownish color on both sides. Serve with garnish of your choice.
