How to make
Pour the flour in a wide bowl and make a well.
Pour in the white wine (at room temperature), add the melted pork lard, vanilla sugar, brown sugar and stir well until melted.
Add the ammonium bicarbonate, stir again and add spoonfuls of flour slowly until you obtain a thick sludge.
Once it becomes hard, pour it onto a floured counter and knead a medium-soft dough that doesn't stick. Divide it into 2 parts, roll out each into a rectangle.
Cut it into squares in turn, put 2 cherries from the jam and roll up into cigars. Arrange them in a tray with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 20-25 min. Take them out and while still warm, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. Very tasty sweet cigars, perfect for your morning coffee!
