How to make

Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a sponge, then make holes all over them with a fork, arrange them in a tray with some space in between and bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 30 min., then at 390°F (200 °C) for 20 min. and at 300°F (150 °C) for 10 min., for about 1 hour total.

For the garlic sauce:

Chop the garlic, dill and parsley finely. Mix together the yoghurt, mayonnaise and powdered garlic well, add the chopped spices to them, stir again and if needed, add salt.

Grate the cheese and salami, cut the cucumber into strips.

Once the potatoes are ready, take them out of the oven and prepare to fill them, while still warm.

Make a cut on each potato with a small knife, open it up carefully and use a small fork to mash the insides, add a little butter, sprinkle with salt and then add salami, cheese and cucumber. Top off with a spoon of the garlic sauce.
