Mix the mayonnaise with the finely chopped crab rolls, sour cream, the drained of marinade capers, the finely chopped pickles and boiled peas, sprinkle with a bit of white pepper and stir lightly.
Clean the thick bunch of leeks and cut the slices at an angle, set aside the inner rings and use only the outer ones with the larger diameter.
Lay out the bacon slices and put salad at one end using a spoon. Roll up and place each roll inside of a leek ring to keep it together.
Use the smaller leek rings as a garnish to the rolls.
