  • eggs - 5
  • milk - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • oil - 1/3 cup
  • bananas - 2
  • vanilla - 2
  • baking powder - 1
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Beat the eggs and sugar very well in a container. Subsequently, add the milk, oil, vanilla and stir. Mix together the flour and baking powder, then mix that with the beaten eggs and sugar.

Set aside 1/3 of the mixture. Pour the rest of it into an oiled tray covered with baking paper.

To the part you set aside, add the cocoa and stir well. Pour 1/2 the cocoa mixture in a circle over the other one.

Place the peeled bananas on top after rolling them in a little flour. Pour the rest of the cocoa over the bananas.

Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready. Take it out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
